Revolve Training & Staffing (RTS) focuses on an overlooked population. Individuals formerly incarcerated attempting to re-enter society, still seeking guidance and employment. RTS wants to be that essential platform for programs needing to successfully account for these re-entry candidates. 

The following is a Revolve reflection of what a candidate can expect:

  • The planning and assessment of the Hired Candidate/Vision

  • Background Checking and Expungement removal

  • Brief application and interview with REVOLVE staff

  • Referral/relationships with Probation & Parole/Corrections/Court System/Community  

  • Rules/Regulations/Philosophy of REVOLVE and why we want/need winners/repetition is good

  • Teaching techniques/notebook/realization that everyone is different/study skills

  • Diversity/Emotional Control Options/Conflict resolution

  • Mental preparation/STRESS/POST TRAUMATIC/Negative Energy/Stress

  • Love Structure………Family & friend outlets

  • Time Management/Work Ethic

  • CPU understanding/ English/Math testing (GED) through resources

  • Resume, Cover Letter, and Letter of Recommendation (Preparation in Self – Know thy self)

  • Physical Interview skills/presentation skills/ Individual Employment Plan

  • Life Skills: Soft, Medium, and Hard with etiquette/attire fundamentals

  • Video/Phone/Interview review with live employers

  • Lifetime of Brotherhood/Fatherhood and Future Mentorship


REVOLVE will cultivate each approved referral individually, and on a group basis.
