Who We Are
R. LaVan Hargrove & Kenneth Hawkes
Kenneth Hawkes, former ex-offender, motivated self-starter, previously created Reality Training & Staffing, which lasted for 4 years, and assisted in getting over 75 ex-offenders trained and hired in multiple positions. Using determination and grit, he understands the plight of every ex-offender coming back into the real world. Kenneth is a community activist and finds time to manage the band Terretta Storm as a bonus.
R. LaVan specializes in assisting the hard-to-serve population in self-sufficiency, core values, guidance, the keys to employment. For more than 20 years within the Career Services, Business Training, Information Technology, and Traumatic emergency first aid counseling arenas, he flourished in the following: designed workshops, custom resume builds, interview enhancement, targeted job search, projected career development, and shaping of an individual emotionally, spiritually, physically, and mentally structure.
Together, this fire and ice combo of R. LaVan Hargrove and Kenneth Hawkes form the tag team known as Revolve Training & Staffing. They will strive to build on every relationship using hard work and an empathic passion to achieve greatness for those OVERLOOKED!!
Our purpose is to empower ex-offenders with good solid values to lower recidivism rates in the Delaware area.
What We Do
The REVOLVE Training & Staffing Group (RTS) will handle recruiting, including background and reference checks, skills evaluation, preliminary interviewing, and screening of all employees for its clients. REVOLVE acts as an extension of the client's human resource department, assuring that there is open communication between supervisor and employee, and assisting with any troubleshooting or problem solving that may be needed.
